Cozy Tips - Part I

It is stressful times but don’t let it take over your life. Your mental health is very important. You can do one little thing each day to help you cope with it.

I will be sharing for the rest of the week, little tips you can put in practice for yourself. 

✨Light a  scented candle.

Scents can trigger powerful emotional responses and are good at stimulating  relaxation.

For me it’s always a cozy or fresh flowery scent. For example, our Lounge Café candles reminds me of Lounging in the comfort of a nice coffee shop while sipping a cup of delicious Expresso and Hazelnut Coffee. That gives me comfort and makes me feel very cozy.
